DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure a complete and accurate database of leads and enquiries generated through the website, digital marketing partners, phone enquiries and other sources, through iSAMs and LeadSquared.
• To share information on the school (brochure, e-brochure, fee-structure, other information) with enquirers.
• To make phone calls, providing additional information on admissions, discussing the admissions process, the subjects offered, the curriculum, the co-curricular programme and USPs.
• Subsequently to follow up to encourage completion of the online application form, ensuring that the application fee is paid by each parent.
• To organize and administer the Harrow Test (age and grade specific through a standard testing mechanism), either online or offline according to circumstance.
• To assist with the calendar of information sessions and other meetings with the Head Master.
• To organise interviews for prospective pupils and meetings with various staff members for their parents.
• To assist with organising and conducting School Campus Tours.
• To assist with admissions exhibitions and admissions events/activities
• To ensure that all data on prospective families is accurately collected to support fee collection by the finance department.
• To manage the processing of additional application documents, to ensure that the admissions dossier for each child is complete.
• To share joining details and instructions with each family ahead of their commencement at the school.
• To work closely with housemasters/housemistresses and other teaching staff to ensure a smooth start for all students at the school.
